Starch Icing Sugar

Starch icing sugar is a white powder obtained by very finely grinding white crystal sugar. It contains between 2 and 3 percent starch as an anti-caking agent to prevent clumping caused by moisture.

It is used for decoration, for making icing, or as a substitute for granulated sugar or crystal sugar in certain recipes.
