Frozen dessert combining Bourbon vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, and a meringue center.

Unmoulding instructions

• Immediately after removing from the freezer (storage at -20°C), quickly run lukewarm water over the mould, first underneath and then on top, to release the dessert.
• Return to the blast freezer.
• Cut the Yule log to the desired length.
• Coat and decorate your Yule logs as desired.
