Baking instructions

Static electric oven with pizza stone (example: Margherita pizza)

Preheat the oven to 300–320 °C. Place the pizza base topped with tomato sauce directly on the pizza stone and bake for 3–4 minutes. Remove the pizza from the oven, add grated mozzarella (or a low-moisture mozzarella), then bake for 1 additional minute until the cheese has melted.
If using fresh mozzarella, add it together with the tomato sauce and bake for 4–5 minutes.

Fan-assisted oven (example: Margherita pizza)

Preheat the oven to its maximum temperature, usually 250–260 °C. Place the pizza base directly on the oven rack. Set the fan to its lowest speed and do not use steam.
Bake for 3–4 minutes, then remove the pizza to add grated mozzarella (or a low-moisture mozzarella). Return it to the oven for 1 additional minute until the cheese has melted.
If using fresh mozzarella, add it together with the tomato sauce from the start and bake for 4–5 minutes.
